By accessing or using Tabiyo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Tabiyo is a travel planning tool that allows users to organise itineraries, manage trip items, and access travel-related information. The Service is provided as a planning aid only. We do not book, fulfill, or operate any travel services, accommodations, flights, or activities.
Tabiyo relies on third-party APIs and data sources - including but not limited to mapping services, weather providers, and AI platforms - to deliver parts of its functionality. We do not control the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services. Tabiyo is not liable for any errors, outages, inaccuracies, or losses resulting from the use of or reliance on third-party data or services. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that provider's own terms and conditions.
Tabiyo uses the YouTube API Services to surface travel-related video content within the app. By using features that display YouTube content, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You also acknowledge Google's privacy practices as described in the Google Privacy Policy. Tabiyo does not store, redistribute, or monetise YouTube content beyond what is expressly permitted by the YouTube API Terms of Service. YouTube content displayed through the Service remains subject to YouTube's own terms and copyright policies.
Tabiyo may display affiliate links to external products and services, including hotels, flights, tours, and travel gear. If you click on an affiliate link and make a purchase, Tabiyo may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content or recommendations. We only link to products and services we believe may be useful to travelers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tabiyo and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service - including but not limited to travel disruptions, booking errors, or reliance on third-party data. Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.
You are responsible for verifying all travel information, bookings, and arrangements independently before acting on them. Tabiyo does not guarantee that any information presented through the Service is current, complete, or accurate. Always confirm details directly with airlines, hotels, and relevant authorities.
All content, branding, and design elements on Tabiyo are the property of Tabiyo and may not be reproduced without written permission. Your trip data remains your own.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
